These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Ennovo Health ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our in-home and aquatic rehabilitation services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Ennovo Health provides licensed and personalized in-home and aquatic rehabilitation services tailored to meet individual needs. Our core service areas include:
Pain Management
Diabetic Management
Walking Aid Education and Training
Gait Re-education
Stroke Rehabilitation
Exercise Prescription
Lifestyle Modification
Aquatic Therapy (if medically cleared)
All services are delivered by certified rehabilitation professionals and are guided by current clinical best practices and health regulations in Jamaica.
2. Eligibility
Clients must meet the following criteria to receive services:
Be at least 18 years of age or have documented parental/guardian consent
Reside within the designated service area for in-home or aquatic therapy
Provide a referral from a licensed physician confirming the medical necessity for physical therapy
Be medically cleared for aquatic therapy (if applicable)
Agree to abide by Ennovo Health’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Services are available by appointment only.
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to rescheduling the next session.
Ennovo Health reserves the right to reschedule in cases of emergencies or unsafe conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Advance payments or standing orders may be required for ongoing treatment plans.
Insurance payments are not currently accepted but will be offered in the near future. Updates will be communicated to clients as new payment options become available.
Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer.
Clients are responsible for all service fees until insurance processing becomes available.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with the Jamaica Data Protection Act (2020). We are committed to safeguarding your personal health information through:
Secure digital and physical record storage
Access limited to authorized personnel only
No third-party sharing without written client consent, unless required by law
6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose full medical history prior to treatment.
Medical clearance is required for aquatic therapy services.
Ennovo Health may suspend or discontinue treatment based on health or safety concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ennovo Health is not liable for:
Delays or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances
Outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
Losses or damages resulting from third-party referrals or services
While we strive for optimal outcomes, individual responses to therapy may vary based on participation and health status.
8. Client Conduct
Clients and caregivers are expected to interact respectfully and professionally with staff. Grounds for suspension or termination of services include:
Verbal or physical abuse
Non-cooperation with treatment
Unsafe or inappropriate home environments
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through email or on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
